Razer Gaiters Return and Refund Policy
RETURNS of DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Merchandise you receive that involves manufacturer-related product defects related to design or construction may be returned for refund or replacement if we are notified within 10 days of when you receive your order. ALL RETURN REQUESTS REQUIRE APPROVAL PRIOR TO RETURN. Please contact us and describe the specific defect or damage. We will make arrangements to replace your damaged/defective merchandise or provide a refund. If your order was damaged in transit by the carrier, please notify us within 10 days of receipt of order so that we may file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement. USPS or UPS may want to inspect the packaging during the claims process, so please do not discard any boxes or packing material.
30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: If you are unhappy with your Razer Gaiter purchase due to "buyer remorse" or changing your mind, you may return it for a refund of your purchase price within 30 days of your order date. Shipping costs are not refundable. The returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition. ALL RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO US PRIOR TO RETURN. We will then provide you with the return address and will promptly credit your original form of payment upon receipt of the returned, still new items.
